ORDERING
INFORMATION
We at TMC believe that ordering quality SAS, InfiniBand, SCSI or Fibre
Channel products should be easy and risk free. We offer a 30 day return
policy on all products except custom cables or special order items. Our
standard products carry lifetime warranty while custom cables will
have 1 year warranty, starting from the date of original purchase.
For your
convenience, we offer a variety of payment options:
CREDIT CARDS: We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not charge
a surcharge for credit card orders.
WIRE TRANSFER: We
accept payment by wire transfer. Please contact the sales department for
banking details, and note that there is a $20 charge imposed by the bank
for this option.
OPEN ACCOUNTS: Net
30 terms are available. Please contact a sales representative for a credit
application. If your references require a signed authorization before
releasing credit information, please sign the application, and fax it
to us at 415-454-5130.
MINIMUM ORDER: Our
minimum order is $25.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International
orders are welcome at TMC! We will ship anywhere in the world. We typically
ship via Federal Express (FedEx), but can also use your freight forwarder.
Most orders are shipped the same day, so you will receive your order typically
within 3-5 business days.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, and TAXES: Orders
that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject
to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import
taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches
your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by
the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country;
you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond
our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office
for further information.
SHIPPING: All
orders ship from Temecula, CA. We ship by a variety of carriers. Our best
rates are with Federal Express (FedEx), but we can also ship by UPS, DHL,
TNT Worldwide, or any other major carrier.
DROP SHIPMENTS:
We're happy to drop ship "blind" directly to your customer.

RETURNS: If you aren't satisfied with
your purchase, please contact the sales representative for a Return Material
Authorization number. Before calling, please make sure to have the sales
order or invoice number, and description of the problem. After receiving
the RMA #, please send the product to:
